All Team Members Will:
Have completed the Covid 19 safety exam
Be temperature checked on arrival to the hotel, and complete the fit to work statement.
Thoroughly disinfect before entering the premises using the devices provided.
Change into freshly laundered workwear on arrival
Wear adequate Personal Protective Clothing on top of work attire, to include, face mask, apron and gloves, should this be deemed appropriate
Adhere to social distancing in all departments with staggered work rotas.
Be fully trained in the Quality in Tourism, Safe, Clean & Legal etiquette.

Pre arrival … Communication as to your preferences regarding…
Housekeeping …Your room will be fully sanitised before arrival, you may wish to consider opting out of housekeeping entering your room in which case we will provide all that is necessary for the duration of your stay, including extra towels and consumables.
Dining … We have set up a real time online booking system so that you may reserve a table ahead of your stay, view menus and pre order should you wish, we will also be offering you choices of dining times, room service, breakfast and packed picnic hampers so you won’t be short of options!
Luggage … We would like to know prior to your arrival if possible whether you would like us to assist you with any luggage.
Contactless Check in & Out …All transactions can be completed online however we appreciate many of our customers prefer a more traditional method and we will discuss your preference beforehand.
Confirm …That you and any members of your party are free from the associated symptoms of Covid19, should you need to cancel there will be no penalty incurred.
On arrival …
Clear signage to guide you through the hotel in the safest way possible.
Free standing contactless hand sanitising stations throughout the hotel.
Automatic wall mounted infrared thermometer checker.
Reception Team ready to welcome you and talk you through any questions you may have regarding the new layout, one-way system or anything at all.
During your stay …
We are lucky that we have so much open space within the hotel and we have worked to make sure that there are plenty of areas to sit, eat, drink and be merry – all within the social distance guidelines.
Food & Beverage will be table service only, so you can rest your feet and let us do the leg work for you. We will also be offering plenty of options for room service and picnics also.
All cutlery and crockery will be cleaned via UV technology and cutlery will arrive to you fully wrapped. All condiments will be disposable as will our physical menus.
Our menus have always been a source of pride, and now more than ever we want to offer you the best, locally sourced produce. With this in mind we will be offering you our most loved “Classics” with a daily 3 course “Plat du jour” however we do ask that you prearrange your table, as we would not like to disappoint you.
Restrooms – we do ask that residents use their own bathroom wherever possible during their stay.
Cleaning – it goes without saying this is our priority and will take precedence in all aspects of the environment and our service to you, so please be patient and allow us to follow our protocols.
